Digital product refunds
Some of our free tools offer optional digital downloads (PDF reports and datasets). Every digital product comes with a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy: if you are not satisfied for any reason, email n.harvard@aitechpros.ai within 7 days of purchase from the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
